PLEASE NOTE from 2015, the multi-fit hole punching (combination of holes and elongated slots) on the Pocket size refills will be phased out in favour of 6 round holes.
Filofax ceased production of the original 4-ring pocket organisers in the late 1990's, however continued manufacturing diaries and refills with multifit hole punching to give users of both 4-ring and 6-ring Pocket organisers access to the full Pocket range of refills.
After 17 years of multi-fit production, a decision has been made to punch with 6 round holes only.
